Many people around the world express their condolences on social networks with a simple message: Je Suis Charlie (I’m Charlie).
While a major police operation in France is under way to find remaining gunmen who fled by car, dozens of demonstrations have been developing around the world. The French Community in the Czech Republic as well as many locals are preparing for an evening gathering to commemorate all victims of a terrorist attack in Paris newsroom of Charlie Hebdo.
Prague rally to show solidarity and unity in the face of the attack is set to take place today, 8th of January 2015 at 18:30 in front of French Embassy, Velkopřevorské náměstí 486/2 118 00 Prague 1.
