As the 13 millionth passenger, airport officials honored Jan Kohoutek upon his arrival from Turkish Istanbul. Kohoutek, who was traveling with his fiancee, became the 13 millionth passenger Friday morning, just a few days before the end of 2016.

“This is a significant milestone which deserves a big thank you to all of our passengers who passed through the airport, as well as all employees, without whom this achievement would not have been possible,” Václav Řehoř, Czech Aeroholding’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared in a press release [translated from Czech].
