Education initiatives include scholarship and professional exchange programs, allowing students and professionals affected by the political crisis to study abroad or online. The EU is the lead donor supporting Belarusian civil society representatives both within the country and in exile.
The EU’s united response to ongoing repression against the Belarusian people can be summarized by three S’s: Support, Solidarity, and Sanctions.
