The 120 centimeters tall robot can give directions, it will dance for passengers upon request but also take a selfie with them.

Master Pepper can be found located in Terminal 2, Concourse D daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

The robot is able to interact using movement and voice. It has a touch tablet, multiple microphones, cameras as well as 3D depth reader. There are also touch sensors installed on the robot’s head and hands.

“Master Pepper is an example of the technological development of the airport in the area of customer experience,” Václav Řehoř, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prague Airport shared about the project.

Prague Airport has teamed up with Mastercard and introduced Master Pepper in October as a part of PRGAirportLab initiative. The airport aims to roll out more projects involving biometrics, virtual reality, smart parking, virtual taxi, holograms and more robots.
