In the Czech Republic, the Employment Plus operational program, funded by the European Social Fund, has launched a call to finance activities aimed at supporting the integration of individuals who face challenges in the labor market. This initiative specifically targets migrants and asylum seekers, including those with temporary protection, allocating a total of 50 million CZK (approximately 2 million EUR) for projects in this area.

Eligible applicants for this funding include NGOs, educational and advisory institutions, municipalities, and voluntary associations of municipalities. The supported activities encompass a wide range of services, such as advisory and information programs, motivational activities, retraining, education, development of basic skills for easier employment, Czech language courses, job placement, employment support, and flexible forms of employment.

Each project can receive a maximum of 10 million CZK (approximately 400,000 EUR) and should span two years. The deadline for the submission of applications is set for 20 October.
