Filming is scheduled from June 13th to 17th in the breathtaking yet eerie Engadin Graubünden, one of Europe’s highest inhabited valleys. The picturesque setting of the notorious Hotel Fex in Sils and additional scenes in Davos promise a visually stunning backdrop to this chilling tale.
A Sinister Plot Unfolds
Detox Inn follows the harrowing journey of Sandra, a young influencer seeking a “digital detox” in a remote Alpine hotel. What begins as a retreat quickly descends into a nightmare as Sandra discovers disturbing secrets about the hotel and its enigmatic owner. Directed by the acclaimed Andreas Elsener, known for his work on Monte Iato – La storia di uno scavo, this film is poised to deliver spine-tingling suspense and horror.
A Hometown Hero’s Return
Elijah Knight, whose roots trace back to the region, expressed his excitement about filming in his father’s home state. “What an honor to be shooting in my father’s home state. Just like the Hockey Club Davos at the Spengler Cup Tournament. I shall have home ice advantage on this shoot!” Knight exclaimed.
