Lake Lipno in the Czech Republic is recognized as an ideal site for dryland training, especially for professional and recreational skiers. The area offers excellent conditions for roller skiing and running. The Ski Classics Challengers event, Energamo Lipnolopet, was recently held in this region, highlighting its suitability for such activities.

The 55-kilometer course of the event included flat terrain along the shore of Lake Lipno and featured two long climbs, with one leading to the finish line. Andreas Nygaard from Team Ragde Charge, who finished as the runner-up, admitted that the final climb was particularly challenging for him.

Lake Lipno’s environment provides a perfect training ground for athletes, offering a combination of flat areas and challenging climbs. This makes it a versatile location for various training needs, whether for endurance, speed, or strength training.
