I am having the time of my life this week. Although you might not recognize me, I am part of the team that administers eWRC-results.com. This website is an integral part of thousands and thousands of rally fans’ lives in the Czech Republic. I reside and toil in Pilsen, which is about an hour away from Prague, yet my enthusiasm and passion is centered around this activity.

Rallying is part of the Czech Republic’s bloodline. We had an immense background of the sport and the Škoda Motorsport industry, so when we heard that we would have the opportunity to witness the World Rally Championship come to our city, it was almost inconceivable. We had always longed to be able to take part in a race such as the Zlin Rally and this is great news. Nobody from the outside comprehends just how many enthusiasts will be coming to observe this competition – there’ll be an enormous turnout!

I’m hopeful that not a lot of …. We will kick off the event in style at Prague Castle on Thursday; this is a great idea because there is enough room in the vicinity.
